There is no such thing as a perfect city. Every city can be improved in some way.
Every city has its bland areas, boring spaces, dangerous sections, dirty areas and ugly parts. Myron takes a big picture perspective to fixing these. He can assess rough neighbourhoods, clogged roadways, community gathering places, malls, parking lots, schools, hospitals, transit systems, residential neighbourhoods, and more.
Smaller cities with limited planning staff will benefit from Myron's "jack-of-all-cities" approach, which allows him to fill the gaps of their training and expertise.
Larger cities with widely dispersed planning resources will benefit from his ability to bring staff together around common goals, to direct policy, and to recommend clear, actionable solutions.
Myron's assessments are based on best practices, personal experience, intuition, innovation, common sense, and his travels throughout North America.
During his visit, he will gladly make presentations to the public on urban planning topics, and can also speak with school groups, community associations, civic staff, city councils, and more.
There is no such thing as a perfect neighbourhood or community. Every one can be improved in some way.
Many community members today are looking for and even demanding less traffic, more walkable streets, more and better job opportunities, more local food, cleaner and more beautiful communities, safer neighbourhoods, and healthier environments.
Myron will work with community members to help them develop solutions to these issues, and more.

Myron has helped many students, young professionals, community members and even government employees with a wide variety of personal, community, and bureaucratic frustrations.
Some are looking for jobs, some need help with solving a neighbourhood issue, others are tired getting trapped by policies, bylaws, and red tape and want to see their projects move forward.
Some want to know how to get ahead in the planning field. Some want to know how to be more effective or successful in their work or community life.
